Geraldine's place was perfect for our group of 5 - so convenient to get to the city but also a close walk to local pubs/restaurants that were tons of fun! Our flight got in early and Geraldine let us check in as soon as we arrived. Had a great time in Cork, will definitely be back!

Geraldine went out of her way to arrange our arrival and stayed in great communication. The house is perfectly located, near great restaurants and shopping. My grandson adored the cars, trucks, and books. We loved the patio. Very well equipped. The street noise was an initial concern but the windows block most of it in the front bedroom. Great choice for Cork or day trips outside the city.

This is a recently remodeled home and very comfortable and bright. There are several places to eat nearby which are walkable. We liked Barry's of Douglas and Haveli (Indian food). The nearby shopping center has a big grocery store too - also walkable. The hosts are lovely people. Bus stop is very close for trips downtown (which is good because we didn't want to drive much in Cork). This property is in what I would call a "suburb" of Cork, in an area called Douglas. The property is actually on South Douglas Street, which is very busy.

This is a terrific house. If you're not familiar with the idea of a terrace house, you'll need a little educating, but it wasn't hard to learn. Our family enjoyed the location and how close it was to shops and to the city center. If I'm able to come back, I'll be looking this place up!

We had a great time in Geraldine's home in Cork. The space was clean and updated and so conveniently located near shops and restaurants. It was helpful to be met and familiarized with the place upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this home to any visitors.

Everything was very satisfactory for our group's stay. We had a car, so the location to the central downtown was an acceptable distance, but I would recommend to those without a car to plan for an additional expense for Taxis since it seems quite a distance to walk to town. There is a grocery nearby an easy walk for convenience of cooking in. FIVE stars to the nearby local pub South County! Great times there on Sunday evening!

We like nothing better than meeting people from other places...and music, we love good music and sampling food from other cultures. We travel as much as we can and love to have visitors to stay at our home.
