Many trails for hiking, biking, blue-ribbon fishing in beautiful mountain vistas! 10 short minutes to Airport, Bozeman or Belgrade each with great restaurants, bars, and local activities. 4 major wedding venues within immediate vicinity. CLEAN spacious home with 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, recreation and ping pong rooms, laundry, patio, garage on 10 acres, sleeps 6.

The space
Enjoy the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, spacious living room, and finished full basement with laundry room, recreation and ping pong rooms with couch, card table, chairs with daylight windows, TV, DVD and VCR Players. The cozy bedrooms access the main bathroom with tub while the master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and vanity. A flat screen TV is provided in the living room and and WiFI is free. Enjoy the fabulous mountain views and large yard.

You will have access to the whole house except for a locked storeroom in the basement. There is a double garage attached to the kitchen allowing inside parking for two standard vehicles and room to store your outdoor recreational equipment.

Other things to note
The ranch style home is sparkling clean and ready to welcome you. Constructed in the 1990's, the house is super insulated and comfortably heated with electric baseboards adjustable room by room. The large thermal pane windows invite sunlight in the winter and views of the mountain ranges surrounding the beautiful Gallatin Valley in every direction. Remarkably these same features along with a wide overhang keep the house incredibly cool in the summertime.

I am the daughter of Rosemary and Len Healey who built this lovely ranch style Energy Star home in the early 1990's. I have been managing it as Rosie's Springhill Hideaway for your enjoyment since 2016! My husband Carl and I have operated his pottery business at our home across the valley since 1980. We have hiked and cross country skied many a mile in this area, so can share our knowledge of the area and Yellowstone National Park.
