Great apartment in a fantastic location. We walked all over Rome from this apartment and found it to be close enough to all of the main attractions. It is the perfect size for two and is well kept and clean. The apartment is also in a fantastic area full of bars and restaurants.
Fully recommended! We will be back!!
This was a wonderful starting point in Rome for us. The location was great; you can't go wrong being centrally located in Trastevere. The place was quiet and clean, and the agency that does the rentals were responsive once we arrived in Rome. I would recommend to anyone.
Me and my wife stayed at Stefano's place recently and it is very well located. It's easy to get from/to the airport and the main tourist attractions either in Rome or the Vatican.
Stefano was very helpful, arranging transportation for our arrival and being flexible for a late checkout on our last day.
There are also lots of great places to eat nearby, as well as a daily street market 30 yards from the apartment.
The apartment itself is a really small unit on an old apartment building. It's on the first floor, so we never used the (tiny) elevator.
The kitchen is well equipped and it had every utensil we needed. There's no microwave oven but it really didn't bother us.
There are only two downsides. The shower is really small, so if you're larger than 6' or has broad shoulders it can be a little annoying. There's also no blinds/curtains on the apartment's only window, which doesn't seen very appropriate for a "love nest"...
I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to other people.
