Close to an historical Abbey, built on the 12th century, the property is surrounded by forest and valley, this provide to its guest a total privacy and relaxing holiday.

The villa has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and can easily accommodate 14 people. in the garden there is a private pool.

The nearest town is Sarteano, but with short drive is possible to reach some characteristics towns such as Abbazia San Salvatore, Pienza, Bagno a Vignoni, end the thermal towns: San Casciano dei Bagni di San Filippo and Chianciano Terme.

At the closest train station of Chiusi Scalo (18 kilometers from the villa) is possible to take a train for Florence, Arezzo, Rome and other destinations in Tuscany and Umbria.

The access to the villa is via 2 km of unpaved road.

Ground Floor: Entrance leads into the living room equipped with sofas and armchairs, the living room is connected with the dining area with large rounding table. The kitchen is next to the dining area and it is fully equipped with gas stove (6 burns), electric oven, toaster, dishwasher.
At this floor there are the first two bedrooms, one with two single beds (joinable upon request), and the other with two French beds, direct access to the garden, both bedrooms have its own bathroom with shower.
First Floor: the access to the floor is by a spiral stair case situated at the entrance, there is one bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single bed (joinable upon request), 2 bedrooms with two French beds. All bedrooms have its own bathroom with shower.
Annex: from the dining room a French door take to a big room equipped with sofas arm chair and working fireplace, the characteristic of this room are its large arch windows facing the garden giving amazing view of the Val d’Orcia hills.
