The neighborhood is quiet yet close to many amenities. The Paramount Theaters with their 4 screens are literally a 1 minute walk. Dixie Dinner which serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is only a 2 or 3 minute walk, and Perkins Restaurant which also serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is directly through the block.
