The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and the secure fenced yard was perfect for our dog. George was a gracious host, providing us with local insights and he stocked the cottage with pastry and beer. The location is quiet, central and close to Whole foods and good restaurants. Overall, a good value and I'd recommend it!
George's place was just what we were looking for when we stayed in Tucson. It was centrally located to all our destinations - family wedding, hiking, golfing, and Buffalo Exchange. We loved that there was a Whole Foods down the street. The Cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe! The kitchen was a perk. We appreciated we could park our car easily inside the gate. George was welcoming. We called him when we arrived and he met us within 2 minutes! He kindly provided us with a run through of the Cottage and locally baked pastries. We would recommend the Cottage!
George welcomed us warmly and showed us around the house as soon as we arrived. He was courteous and friendly. He answered all of our questions promptly.nice fenced hard
The house was in a quiet neighborhood just a block off Speedway.
We spent two nights in the wonderful newly renovated artists' cottage. It is filled with modern appliances and is tastefully decorated. You will have a full size real bath, dishwasher, full fridge, washer, dryer, comfortable bed, cable tv, internet, heat, a/c, private outdoor yard with off road parking, view of the mountains and more! George keeps the place spotless and his pride shows throughout. We really enjoyed talking to George and we also enjoyed the yummy pastries he left for us :) Thanks for a great Airbnb experience. We hope to stay there again while in Tucson.
This is the second time I have stayed in the art cottage and it is still wonderful. The place has everything you need and George is a fantastic guy who is eager to make you comfortable.
I can highly recommend it for one night or weeks. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, the bed is very comfortable and you have a washer and dryer as well as everything else you could need.
Amazing space & even more amazing host! The house is clean, organized and safe. Highly recommend it!
George was very welcoming! The cottage was exactly as promoted. Very private and very neat. Everything that you needed was in the cottage. It was in a very safe neighborhood and we walked to the grocery store and shops in the area. Enjoyed our time and highly recommend this property.
