Seven person Hot Tub for your use available now for 2022. Beautiful early 19th century home with hard wood floors, lots of windows and charm. This quite second floor apartment is all yours. Secured building. Three minutes from the Sioux Falls Regional Airport, Denny Sanford Facility. Ask us about our park and fly program. You will have everything you need to cook. Bikes available for your use. Swimming pool and lake five blocks away.

The space
As I love to cook and bake our apartment is fully functional with cake, bread, muffin, stainless steel pans. Baking soda and powder, and cooking oils. Toaster, blender, coffee pot, microwave and popcorn popper. You'll find a Brita water pitcher in the refrigerator so you have filtered water. There's also complementary coffee tea and hot chocolate. You will find plenty of extra blankets pillows and linens in the closet. During the summer months there are two bicycles for your use on the many bike trails through Sioux Falls. Please come and stay with us and feel at home
