If you like privacy, peace of mind and soul, and at the same time being in walking distance of all the sightseeing, nature and beaches you will love it here.
Free parking everywhere in the neighborhood.

Walking distance from the apartment:
There are 3 supermarkets at 3 min.
Distance to the lake shore is 10 min and to the main city square is 15 min.
The entrance to Galichica national park and the best trekking paths is 10 min.
Ideal for walking to the beach, as the closest beaches are 15 min.
Bus stops for National, Intra and Intercity buses at 5 min.
