Located on the First Tee of the Fairmont Chateau Whistler golf course, this 2BR/BA corner unit is bright and well appointed featuring vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, jetted tub, and provides instant access to everything we love about Whistler.
This is a new purchase for our family and we spent a lot of time making the best decision.
We enjoy the quiet location, natural light, easy ground floor load in/out, and the proximity to upper village facilities. The open floor plan creates a comfortable space inside where the ground floor access extends naturally to the grass (and snow) outside offering plenty of choices for the kids and family.
We use the Chateau Whistler spa, pool and hot tub (fees apply) and it's only a 6 minute walk! We purposely selected a complex without a pool and hot tub to keep the fee and noise levels low.
The unit includes underground parking, secure bike and ski storage, and provides additional guest parking out front.
Alpine Greens is in the Whistler Benchlands (upper village) across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel. A quite area, walking distance to everything, with public tennis courts out the front door, golfing and skate skiing out the patio door.

We had a terrific stay! The place was very clean, well-stocked with kitchen supplies, bedding and towels. Walking-distance to lifts, but also near shuttle stop. Nice amenities including games, movies, and interesting old books on engineering. Look forward to staying there in the future.
Condo was perfect for our five day family stay in whistler. It is located near the north village and a pleasant 10-15 minute walk from the main village.
Unit was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Parking was very easy, as were check in and check out. Would stay again.

Brad's condo was very clean and comfortable. The living room was a very cozy space especially with the fireplace on. The kitchen had everything you need to make a dinner at home. The location was great with the bus to the slopes right out side the complex. We had a great time and would book again. My only comment would be if you are there to go out on the town, you may want to bring your own hairdryer and shampoo. The wall hairdryer didn't work very well. Everything else was great!
We had a fantastic stay in Whistler and Brad's place and hospitality were amazing. Very easy access to everything from the location. Perfect space for a family of four. Brad made the process super simple and was responsive throughout. Really wonderful experience all around.
Brad's guideline was excellent and it was easy to find everything. For us, the condo was very good situated (Lost Lake, Gondolas, City) and it was really quiet. It is a lovely place in Whistler. The response time of Brad was great and they take care of us the whole time. We love it. Thanks for the great time.
brads alpine greens condo was perfect for our trip to whistler. the pictures are accurate no surprises. we loved the location. great for golf, and the lost lake loop. hustle and bustle if you want it is just down the street. high marks all around!

For the last 20 years we have lived in Vancouver, San Francisco, and now Seattle. We have been going to Whistler year round for the last 20 years. Our unit provides easy walking access to the Chateau Whistler, Valley trails, Lost Lake and of course the main village. Whether it's mountain biking, tennis, skiing or running - we love everything about it.
