1. Please note that this cabin is not located directly on the lake! Nearby/close lake amenities include boat rentals at LaPrades Marina, Anchorage Marina (large and small boat craft rentals), The Boat Shop, and Moccasin Creek State Park (kayak/paddleboard rentals). Public beach and swim access located at Timpson Cove Park.

2. Early check in and late check out is not available, since we are focused on making the cabin safe and clean for our guests. Late check out will incur fees!

3. Please understand, this cabin is in close proximity to wooded, forested, and lake areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while at the cabin, including, but not limited to: bears, coyotes, raccoon, deer, squirrels, snakes, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, and miscellaneous bugs, to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay. We encourage guests to not leave doors and windows open. Thank you for understanding!
