🏡 68 m2 ground-floor duplex in the hyper center of Grenoble. Close to tram lines A and B (300 m) and Grenoble train station (6-minute walk), in a 19th-century building with lots of character. Quiet view overlooking the inner courtyard.

🛌 You will have 3 bedrooms on site, each with a quality double bed and a TV for your evenings. The living room also has a sofa bed and a folding bed.

🛁 Two beautiful bathrooms with WC, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Both with shower and electric towel warmer (towels provided 🧺).

🛜 We are equipped with high-speed internet and wifi.
