Located on theground floor with balcony extending over the lake. This is a great for couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers who would love a relaxing stay at the Lake. Nowhere else on Lake Conroe can you stay this close to the water!

The space
This lake front condo is the perfect place for couples. It has a balcony that extends directly over Lake Conroe with boat ramp, swimming pool, tennis courts and a playground just steps away. The condo has 1 king sized bed and a sofa.

Please know that reservation requests on Holidays are classified as high priority dates and may not be accepted if they are only for one night. The host reserves the right to charge up to $250 for any damage or missing items. The condo is non smoking! Smoking on thee balcony is fine but If there is any smoke smell or residue in the interior, a minimum fine of $100 will be issued. There will be a late check out fee charged for any late departure unless approved of beforehand by the host, the fee will vary depending on how late of check out occurred.
