Private residence approximately 100 km from Manila with pool, exceptional views and close to several amazing beaches.

Please make your own research on city ordinances, etc. Don’t assume that we know what you are thinking. You can ask questions ,don’t be shy.

Public beaches are mostly closed during this pandemic, it’s your duty as a tourist to search what are the do’s and don’t s on the place you are going.

Fussy people, DO NOT stay in our property. STAY in a Hotel !

NEWLY RENOVATED
The views from the house are spectacular. Add this to the PRIVACY of the location - NO neighbors, you can have an intimate getaway , a fun PARTY time or a relaxing break with your family and friends. The only house where you can have PARTY and NO Curfew!

Some people expect a 5- star place, our place it’s NOT a 5-star (check the pictures), it’s value for Your money! There are better 5 star residences in Tali Beach and Maya Maya, if you’re looking for posh place, DO NOT book in our home if you’re fussy!

People expect us to provide everything, well , we can but we won’t as the price will go up.If you’re expecting to much for this price, there are hotels and other 5 star Residences nearby, book there !We do not want you!

We do not like people who are asking for discount, unless you are a regular guests .

We do not like arrogant guests, but mind you we kick out people too, but with full refund. We don’t like maarte guests, there are hotels nearby or better and bigger houses for you to rent out. Or better yet build your own Resthouse!

No Smoking inside the house and rooms!
