The space
Please note- This cabin does not have a shower.

Guest access
Fern Cabin is tucked into a forested area of the property and is accessed by a short walk from the guest parking area. A wagon is provided to make it easy to transport coolers, luggage, and other heavier items to and from the cabin.

Guests have access to Fern Cabin and the surrounding outdoor space, as well as the Meadow Sauna which is shared with the Cottage guests (time can be reserved online to avoid overlap/encounters with the other guest if desired.)

Shoreview Cottage, our other vacation rental, is a short walk away on the property and visible from the sauna, but each accommodation has its own private space. The property is thoughtfully laid out so that even when both stays are occupied, guests can enjoy a peaceful sense of privacy and will likely not notice anyone else is there.

Other things to note
Water & Sink Setup

Fern Cabin’s sink provides running water for everyday needs like washing dishes, washing hands, and brushing your teeth. Because the cabin is designed with a self-contained water system and should be used thoughtfully, we also provide a Brio water dispenser in the entry with hot and cold drinking water—and ice—available on demand. This gives you easy access to plenty of drinking water without using up the cabin’s sink supply.

It’s all part of the Fern Cabin experience: the feeling of a rustic getaway surrounded by nature, with thoughtful touches that bring along the comforts of home.
