Great outdoor spaces, multiple entertainment decks, soaring 18' high cathedral ceilings, 15' floor-to-ceiling windows, and an incredible floor plan w/tasteful upgrades that combine formal living/dining, great room, bonus loft and more

The space

The waterfront house is a 2990 sq.ft house on a half acre lot, at the southeast corner of Pine Lake, one of the best neighorhoods in Sammamish. Private dock and fishing is allowed on pine lake. There is also an owner-occupied guest house in the back of the lot but there are plenty of parking spaces available. Tree house near the entrance of the lot is perfect for families with children.

Guest access

Guests have the access to the entire waterfront house, the right to use the dock, tree house in the back.

Other things to note

Almost all of the neighors to the right hand side of the house are not fenced in the front so the view is spectacular. Be sure to spot the right side edge(large trees) of the front of the lot.

We offer complementry rainbow trouts, perch fished from the lake. If you'd like to cook some fish, just ask what is available.

Nice place on pine lake. Spacious and pretty empty. Heed the reviews that say you cannot flush toilet paper, other than that this is a great place in the suburbs. Perfect if you are trying to be near Sammamish or the greater Seattle area

Good house for the price and location. Very minimally furnished.

This place is in a great location, especially if you are fans of Twin Peaks as it is easy to get to North Bend, Mount Si, and Snoqualmie Falls. It wasn't noted in the listing that there were issues with the toilet plumbing - we only found this out via a note upon arrival. Also the second floor lounge and work area was unfurnished for our visit. Overall the place was fine, and was a good base for exploring the surrounding area and getting to Mount Rainier.

The house was beautiful and was in a great location. We didn't have much down time but when we did, the porch was a perfect place to relax with amazing views of the lake. It felt like we were alone with no noise from the neighbors. Super comfy beds! I didn't have much communication with Charley, I didn't get a response from my first message and had to reach out for check in/check out instructions. (He did have some snacks for us when we arrived which was great!) We felt uncomfortable having to put our used toilet paper in the trash can but assumed it was because he has a septic tank. Also, when someone would flush the toilet a humming noise ran through the house (it woke us up in the middle of the night a few times). Even though it was August when we visited it got chilly and the fireplaces were not hooked up.

Great house for families and plenty of space! Just be careful about going in August because there's no A/C and the house got very hot. We had to buy box fans and luckily there's plenty of windows to let the cool air in at night. Other than that, it's a peaceful neighborhood and it's very close to shops in Issaquah. Great place and I'm planning on staying here again with family....just when it's not so hot.

Charley was a wonderful host, very communicative and quick to respond to questions we had regarding his home. The house itself is very large and new. It seems it is still in the process of being made into a home, but once it gets there it is going to be one of the prettiest AirBnB's I've stayed at, hands down! The lake is literally right out the back door and if you ask, you can have access to a little paddle boat that you can take out onto the lake. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful as well and makes for a great relaxing spot. Location is amazing not only for the lake, but there is a grocery store and gas station right around the corner and cute restaurants just down the road (about a 10-15 drive). Just as an FYI, in case it is important to you, the house is on a septic tank and you cannot flush any toilet paper down the toilet. Not really a problem, just a little quirk that we thought others might want to know ahead of time!
