Perfect for a long-term guest, this clean studio apartment in the basement level of a quaint home is in a quiet, riverside neighborhood in downtown Lansing. Near Capitol and MSU. Private entrance takes you down to a large studio apartment with full bath, fully stocked kitchenette with full-sized refrig and microwave. Full kitchen just upstairs, shared with host. TV, with cable incl. Warning: low ceilings, may not be best choice if you're over 6'.

The space
Have your own private space for less than some others are charging for a room and a shared bath! Long term guest preferred. Generous monthly discount makes it economical for a long term guest. Not recommended for more than one person if you're staying more than 2 or 3 days. Please inquire! Perfect for Cooley law student, temp job with MI state govt or MSU, very private. WARNING: ceiling is low, only about 6'2" in the main room, and just under 6'1" in the shower. May not be the best choice for someone over 6 ft tall.
