I retired in October 2013 after 30 years with Esso Standard Oil S. A. Limited, an affiliate of ExxonMobil. I had my share of travelling around the globe and worked in Expatriate Assignments in Miami, Fl., Nassau Bahamas, Georgetown Guyana, Doha Qatar, Malabo Equatorial Guinea, Luanda Angola, and of course Belize City, Belize Central America.
I enjoy meeting people and sharing my experiences of foreign places and cultures. My appetite has always been healthy and I am always willing to try local dishes of the places I visit.
Being a bed and breakfast host is a new experience for me but I believe I have enough knowledge of what travellers look for when away from home. In fact one year I spent 35 weeks in hotels around the Caribbean and Central America and I kept wondering why I was renting an apartment in Miami during that time!
