The space
The Beach House is a stylish, modern apartment overlooking the sea at Crosby and the famous Golf Coast. For those seeking a quiet retreat it is ideal for golfers and horse racing enthusiasts, close to the West Lancashire, Royal Birkdale and many other championship golf courses. Aintree Race course, hosting the world famous Grand National and other race meetings, is only 15 minutes away.

There are lovely walks and stunning sunsets on the doorstep along the Sefton Coastal path, including Antony Gormley’s renowned statues, ‘Another Place’, the red squirrels at Formby Nature Reserve (National Trust) and the Cheshire Lines cycle track.

One double/twin bedroom ( please specify preference at booking) with sea views and en suite shower room. Large sitting room with double bed settee, Freeview LCD TV. Well behaved dogs by arrangement. There is an extra charge of £10 per dog. Dogs not allowed in the garden as it is a shared space, but there are pleanty of lovely walks close by.

Regular trains to Liverpool city centre and Southport only 5 minutes walk away.

Other things to note
There is usually a 3 night minimum stay over Bank Holidays.
There are no arrivals or departures on Christmas Day.
Use of the bed settee in addition to the bedroom will incur an additional charge.

This is a quiet neighbourhood with lovely, coastal scenery. The Antony Gormley statues 'Another Place are visible from the bedroom window, as is the sea.The kitchen has views of the golf course.There is a garden terrace and an outdoor hot tub which is bookable at an extra cost.Liverpool City Centre is a 15 minute train ride away. The trains are every 15 minutes and the station is 5 minutes walk.
