The Pool House apartment is located on one of the prettiest streets in Caye Caulker. The views overlook the beautiful gardens and the cool inviting pool. It is the only rental on the property in a very private and quiet neighborhood - only minutes (5) ride to town. There is a restaurant right across the way for breakfast and dinner. The property is on island electricity, but also has on-grid solar power and electric generator for backup. All Airbnb guests must be 25 years or older.

The space
The apartment is very large as it has a spacious living room, full size kitchen, large shower area, and large bedroom with very comfortable king size bed. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Balcony overlooking pool and gardens. Truly one of a kind.

Swimming pool, picnic area in gardens. Two bikes or private parking area for golf cart.

Other things to note
Friendly dogs come to visit us occasionally Our twin house cats Jack & Jill can sometimes be seen in the yard.

The property has full electric generator backup for those sporadic power outages. More importantly, we have water storage and great pressure for the low to no water issues on the island. Book now.
