Bianca is a wonderful host and this surprisingly large flat is well located just a short walk from Richmond station and the High Street. The flat has enough space for a family to stay, but I was on my own and this was also fine.
The shower is brilliant!
The only thing I would say is that it lacks some conveniences in the kitchen, but this is a minor gripe compared to all the positives.
I stayed at Bianca De Divitiis' place on St. John's Rd in Richmond recently. My stay was one month long with two friends. The place is clean, warm, and comfortable. It is a short walk from the Richmond center and very close to the train/tube station. It was professionally managed. Someone came to give the keys and explain things at check-in. The person in-charge was helpful throughout the stay if we needed any assistance with the property (e.g. once with the washing machine). Kitchen has all appliances working. Bathroom is newly done and clean. The most important thing for us was getting a clean and warm place close to transportation, and I would give it a 5 stars for these things. For the price, it is good value as well. Neighbors downstairs were friendly. Richmond is nice and a "mini London", and train connection to central London is fantastic. All in all, the place is great and so is Bianca. Go stay there!
