Roomy apartment in a lovely part of London. Very conveniently located for public transport with a 2 min walk to station for tube, train and buses and a 10 min beautiful stroll down to Thames river. Bus from Heathrow for under 2 pounds. suited our family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 2 very nicely. An added bonus was all the toys they could play with as there was currently a family living there (although they had gone away for the week). The extra stuff about may not suit everyone so check before booking. With small children made good use of the washing machine and dryer! Would recommend especially if you have been to London before and are looking to explore somewhere different. Really enjoyed Hampton court with direct bus there and scenic boat trip back.
The flat was perfect! We had everything that we needed and it was very close to the station. Bianca was a great hostess!
Great place to stay. One of the sunniest houses in London. It has all the things necessary for your stay. Very clean. Great location as well.
The first time with Airbnb, I hired the flat for an entire month. It was well equipped and offered me everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Richmond turned out a very nice place with a lot to see, and shops & public transport were just around the corner. I recommend!
Great Location for the tube! Dryer was stuck on steam so had to use the same towels all week.
Entry way to building needs paint. It met our needs since there was five of us.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience you had with towels, but I didn't understand that you couldn't solve the problem of washing machine after your last message. The person who cleans the flat told me that she just reset it and had no problems with it. So it seems that it's working properly.
Our apartment was in a fabulous position just near Richmond station. Slept 5 people easily & was so well equipped with everything we needed. Just felt like home. Patricia & Brian
While we didn't meet our host Bianca, we were made to feel very welcome through her helpful and prompt emails. The apartment was perfectly set-up for the two sub-ten-year-olds in our party of four, although we did have to curb their natural enthusiasm for jumping about, given there was someone living on the ground-floor below. Very well equipped and so very convenient to the High Street in Richmond, public transport and Thames River attractions, especially Kew Gardens.
