Quaint home with plenty of space for four people to sleep comfortably in their own room (including if one person is using the couch). Many rooms make it perfect for groups of people or families larger than my party of four. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Tons of natural light in every room. Host responded to every message/question within 30 min. I would come back here again and would recommend it to my friends and family.
If you look up "Minnesota Nice" in Wikipedia there is a picture of Annalie! What a great place. She has all the really cool IKEA furniture I wish I could fit in my home. It is spacious, clean, and in a great neighborhood just outside the city. If you stay, walk around the corner to Blue Ox Coffee Company on Chicago Ave. The best coffee ever, and they have gluten free scones and donuts! (I'm allergic to gluten.) It's a nice little walk, even when it's -2 degrees. Oh and finally, there is a sauna that is just about done in the basement. If that was working I may never have left!
We had a great stay! The house was very cool and well located for our needs. The house is clean and well decorated with everything you need. The host is easy to contact and quick to reply. I would recommend this airbnb.
The house was adorable and very comfortable. The neighborhood was charming and the close access to a city park made the stay more enjoyable for the dogs. Definitely will try to stay here when we visit in the fall.
The house was very attractive and comfortable, just as advertised, on a nice quiet street. We never met Annalie, but she was readily available by phone and email.
It looks like it would be fun to come back in warmer weather when the porch and backyard could be enjoyed as well.
Very Accurate description. A nice basket of chocolates welcomed us to the house. It is located in a very nice neighborhood just adjacent to a park which was perfect for our dog. There are also stores and restaurants within walking distance. Annalie even had dog treats waiting!! The house was very clean, extremely cozy, and inviting. Annalie was easy to communicate with, attentive, but allowed us our privacy at the same time. I would reccomend this wonderful place to anyone visiting the Twin City area!
Our stay at Annalie's place was perfect! The neighborhood is cute and friendly, the house was comfortable, and Annalie made sure that we felt welcome. I really loved the little basket of welcome treats, and excellent restaurant recommendation! (There is so much good food in the area!) This place felt like home and made a great home base for our visit. I might have to come back in the summer to take advantage of that great backyard!
Traveler, artist, cook, and animal lover. I have been a "renter" using airbnb for a 2-week, multi-city trip to France and for several other stops in the US. After several fantastic experiences on the renter side, I decided to try the hosting portion to help pass on the great experiences I have had with others!
