The space
New furnished apartment in recently high standard renovated old building from 1905.
The apartment is on the ground floor, situated to a green and quiet courtyard with a small garden in front of your windows.
The studio provides all you need to stay here:

- The apartment is situated in the center of Friedrichshain Simon-Dach area, where you can find numerous restaurants and bars. Saturdays there is a food market and Sundays a flea market on Boxhagener Platz right around the corner!
- You reach very quick Alexanderplatz in Berlin-Mitte and the
Hauptbahnhof HBF (the Central train station) by metro line 5, which has two stops around the apartment. Also the the tram lines round the corner which goes to Ostbahnhof and Hauptbahnhof (the Berlin Central Train Station).
Also from here you can easily reach the Prenzlauer Berg area and the very famous flea market Mauerpark.
- Via the underground station Samariterstraße (380 m) or Frankfurter Tor (370 m) you can reach Alexanderplatz in 7 minutes by subway line 5; then it drives on to the Red Town Hall (Rotes Rathaus), Museum Island, Unter den Linden, Brandenburger Tor and the Bundestag (the former Reichstag) to end at Hauptbahnhof (HBF), Berlin's central train station.

The studio is a quiet place in the courtyard and it is a privat apartment, where the guests can make themselves comfortable.
Unfortunately, it is unsuitable for any parties as the neighborhood places great value on the calm in the house.
Other things to note
- A bakery - if you stay here you will need one - is 4 houses next to the apartment.
- Round the corner is a very good super market where you can find all foods and basic goods you need.
- And 3 minutes from here a very good organic food super market, where you can find all vegan and/or organic foods you like.
- Several bike rentals are available within a radius of about 500 meters, the daily prices are from 12 € -15 €.
- In addition, there is a parking garage very close to here, where you can park your car safely, and have access to the vehicle at any time via electronic card. A day ticket costs 14,- €, a weekly ticket only 25,- €.
