The flat is located close to a variety of local and international bars, shops, restaurants, sport bars, supermarkets and a pharmacy.

There is a bus stop outside the building with services direct to Malaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella amongst others. The Benalmadena train station is 20 minutes away which connects directly to the airport and Malaga city. There are taxis available close by and round the clock. There is a pharmacy just outside the building and a Mercadona supermarket just 5 minutes walk away.
