My apartment is just 10 minutes walk to the central hub of Bukit Bintang and a similar distance in the opposite direction to China Town.
The apartment boasts free WiFi, a laundry with automatic washing machine, kitchen, bathroom (with double shower), and a queen size bed. Also supplied is a hair dry, iron and ironing board.
There is a ceiling fan in the lounge/TV area and the whole apartment also has remote operated Air Conditioning.
Other inclusions for your comfort are fresh bed linen, four pillows and a bolster as well as two fluffy white towels and a selection of shampoos and shower gels.
There is cooking in the fully stocked kitchen however light meals may be prepared in the microwave oven and a pop-up toaster is supplied as well as an electric water jug for making tea and coffee. For those who don't want the bother of preparing meals, an onsite snack bar is available and they will happily deliver to your apartment. There are also numerous restaurants and fast food outlets all within easy walking distance - Jalan Alor is 5 minutes away!
The building has a rooftop pool area where you can relax and soak up the sun as well as a gym, men's and ladies' saunas and a games room.
I also live in the building so I'm always on hand to help or advise you on booking trips or to offer guidance on how to move around the city with ease.
Kuala Lumpur Is a safe city , non the less, the building does boast 24 hour manned security and CCTV surveillance for your peace of mind. Access to all floors is via security swipe-card only.

Nihad made us feel very welcome. She came down to meet us at the security desk and showed us around the place. She also gave us tips on where to go and what to do. The location was perfect, a 2 min walk from Jalan Alor, the eating street.
Disappointed....had different apartment to the one we booked. Also, no wifi or tv working upon arrival. Had to get security at front gate to contact Nihad as we couldn't use our phones. Nihad sent a guy called Mohammed to fix, hardly spoke so we didn't know what was happening. He contacted the internet provider and we figured out from the conversation the account had been suspended. We had to wait about an hour for him to come back which wasted our time as this was our first day in kl and we wanted to explore. He didn't come back so we just left.
Wifi eventually fixed, pay tv not. We gave up on trying to get them to fix as we had heaps of things to do.
Whilst tv is not important it would have been nice to have just to unwind.
Positives - location great. Close to monorail and were able to find our way around.
Clean - apartment was clean with great cooling and hot water for showers.
We were 3 adults and were just comfortable, if there were any more would be squashed.
Would have been great if there was some tourist info in room to help in figuring out where to go or a map. Luckily once wifi fixed we were able to do this.
Overall, was an ok start to our holiday
As with previous recent reviews, we were given a 2 bed and a separate studio apartment instead of the 3-bed apartment. This didn’t give us a problem given our group make-up, but could have been an issue if we were family with young children. In addition, the pictures shown were not from the apartment we got which was in clear need of through maintenance. Having said that the good points:
-Good location - close to the shopping malls of Bukit Bintang (10 mins walk) and close to the Hang Tuah monorail – 5-7 mins walk.
-Wonderful night views from the balcony of the Menara & Petronas Tower.
-Functioning bathroom and kitchen.
-Nihad happily kept our belongings secured between our first and second stay at the apartment and on the final day when we checked out and came back later in the evening to pick up (see comment below).
However, we were somewhat disappointed in the following;
-Nihad gave us the address of the property before we arrived. It was not the right one? The actual property was Casa Mutiara, thankfully just round the corner from the first.
-Nihad was not around when we arrived and we met by her husband once we managed to make contact with him. He did not have the welcoming attitude of a host one would expect.
-The property had light bulbs not working and an iron that had 6-7 tapes around the cord. When we turned on the kitchen lights, one of the bulb exploded bringing the glass shade that was attached to it crashing down to the floor. It just missed my wife’s head! After numerous calls and 2-hours later Nihad’s husband came with a handyman to get it repaired.
-The bed sheet / towels on out first stay felt they had not been replaced since the previous occupants. On our second stay, they were.
-The property is in need of general update and a thorough clean.
I mentioned above that Nihad did kindly store our luggage. However, having arranged a time for us to collect on the last evening I called Nihad on my return and there was no connection to her mobile. The security tried several numbers without joy. Only after 20mins later we manage to contact of one of her workers (Mohammed) who in turn contacted Nihad on her landline. She come down to reunite us with our belongings. We were genuinely worried on not being able to contact her and felt quite helpless. We had a taxi waiting and a plane to catch. Not sure what we would have done if were not able to get hold of her.
The property itself has advantages but is outweighed by the general lack of quality. You might want to try Swiss Garden Residences around the corner which for a little bit of more money will be far superior.
We arrived after a long flight and were told by Nihad that there had been a problem and there was no 3 bedroom apartment available - and were put into 1x 2 bedroom and 1x studio instead with little explanation or apology offered. This is exactly the same thing that has happened to other reviews posted for Nihad recently for this same listing so I would hate to think that she had known all along the 3 bedroom was not available. The 2 bedroom apartment was essentially pretty decrepit, with skirting boards lifting off, broken bedside lamps and generally poorly fitted out for a comfortable stay, i.e. it would be impossible to cook a meal in the kitchen with what was provided. The 2 bedroom apartment looks NOTHING like what is listed in the pictures for the 3 bedroom apartment so be warned. I feel like we were taken advantage of somewhat as we were travelling with a young child and after a long flight we were unlikely to put up any fight about the new accommodation. I also feel that we were overcharged for the accommodation we were given as the listings for the 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom separately don't equal what we've paid. Really disappointed, and another piece of advice- make sure you take your own bottled water for the first night as there is nothing like those small touches included to ensure it's a pleasant stay.
I booked 2 units (2BR&3Bar) in Nihad apt from July 29th to Aug 4th. But due to electricity problem we're given 2BR units and a studio unit which is great. We arrived really late for the checkin almost 2 AM in the morning, and she sent us her staff who was very helpful & nice. Communication with nihad was very easy since we used whatsapp. I noticed some problem with the units like the lights were off, the AC wasn't working but I complained to Nihad and she responded it very quickly and fixed it. The only thing that she didn't fixed because I am mostly not at the apartment for enjoying my holiday in Malaysia.
All in all, it's a pleasant experience staying in her units.
well, due to the electricity problem of the 3 bedroom apartment, we are told to stay in a 2 bedroom apartment and a studio apartment, which is next door to each other. However, the quality of those apartments are not good. Actually, we felt disappointed that we cant stay in the 3 bedroom apartment. Nihad's husband is a nice guy. He apologized to us serveral times and quickly followed up on the problems that we faced. He also refunded a certain % of the rent to us. Anyway, I still support that Nihad is a good host.
We had three adults and three children. It worked well for us once we found the place and got the finer details of settling into the place sorted. Great location for getting to KLCC sites. Great wifi, pool, and air conditioned apartment.
