Enjoy a private guest cottage tucked behind a beautifully restored historic Davis Islands home. The cottage, like the neighborhood, is exceptionally charming with a warm, coastal character that makes it special. It is close to so much, including downtown Tampa, Benchmark Arena, cruise port, waterfront parks, restaurants, cafes, and popular local attractions. Perfect for relaxing stays, it’s an ideal escape for couples or solo travelers looking for comfort, privacy, and a touch of island charm.

The Space
Our private guest cottage is designed for one or two guests seeking a comfortable, peaceful retreat in the heart of beautiful Davis Islands. Located behind our historic 1928 home, the cottage offers privacy while being just minutes from Tampa’s top attractions.
Bedroom
The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with quality linens, nightstands, reading lamps, a clothing shelf with hangers, luggage rack, iron and ironing board, and cable.
Bathroom
The private bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a hair dryer, and other essentials to help you travel light.
Kitchenette
While the cottage does not have a full kitchen, you’ll have everything needed for light meals and snacks, including:

We are located on beautiful Davis Islands. We are on a very pretty, super safe and quiet street. Walking distance from our guest house is the downtown Davis Islands Village where you will find coffee & tea shops, restaurants, pubs, a drug store, a bank, a dry cleaner, parks, a public pool, bikes you can rent, and so much more.
If you like to run or bike, this is a very safe and ideal neighborhood in which to do it. The end of Davis Islands is a beautiful place to watch the sun set.
