Our charming one bedroom guest cottage on Davis Islands sleeps 2 (queen-sized bed). Bathroom with large shower. Clean and cozy room has cable tv, wi-fi, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Gorgeous neighborhood, walking distance to downtown DI restaurants, coffee shops, rentable bikes, Amalie Arena, the Riverwalk, Hyde Park, downtown Tampa, the Convention Center, Channelside & TGH. 2 miles from cruise port. 15 min. drive to Bush Gardens. Enjoy the sunset at the end of the island.

Enjoy your morning coffee or just relax outside in our lushly landscaped courtyard right outside the guest house. Pretty al fresco lighting at night.

Walking distance from our house are rentable city bikes. We suggest touring our beautiful island (see photo), and experiencing the wonderful riverwalk. This is an ideal place to stay if you are attending a Lightning game or concert at Amalie Arena. You can walk to and from the event or Uber. There is so much going on all the time, and we are close to all if it!

We are located on beautiful Davis Islands. We are on a very pretty, super safe and quiet street. Walking distance from our guest house is the downtown Davis Islands Village where you will find coffee & tea shops, restaurants, pubs, a drug store, a bank, a dry cleaner, parks, a public pool, bikes you can rent, and so much more.
If you like to run or bike, this is a very safe and ideal neighborhood in which to do it. The end of Davis Islands is a beautiful place to watch the sun set.
