  • Great apartment with everything you could possibly need in a fantastic location. I definitely would recommend this apartment for people who want the beable to experience Hong Kong by living centrally but who also want some space to call their own.

  • We enjoyed our stay in Barron's apartment. Although small, it was very comfortable, well-furnished and had all the appliances you might need. It was cold when we arrived in Hong Kong and the heating was effective (and much appreciated!) Barron was very helpful answering my questions. The location of the flat was quiet, but not too far away from shops, restaurants and transport. Would definitely recommend.

  • Lovely apartment, great location, comes with everything you might need during your stay. Barron is a great host, excellent communicator, and he made sure all was well throughout our time in the apartment, definitely recommend, and hope to be back soon.

  • Barron place was amazing. Great location, 7 min walk to mid level escalators, shop, bars and restaurants.
Barron was a great host, his response to emails and text were very good.
Marie his housekeeper was lovely and helpful and always kept the place clean.
I would definitely recommend Barron’s apartment.

  • I loved this place. Where do I begin? Great location n close to Lan Kwai Fong, Central, the Peak and Star ferry if you plan to visit Kowloon. You can pretty much walk to everywhere. The famous Mid Level escalators is about 5 mins away, but if you don’t want to walk, taxis are just waiting right outside all day long. We had to catch an early flight one morning, and the doorman was more than happy to get us a cab, and then it’s a short cab ride to the Airport Shuttle station in Central.
Apartment itself has everything you need from cooking to laundry. If you have a small family or two couples, this place is perfect. The local farmer’s market is about 5 or 10 mins walk if you plan to get some fresh greens or other high quality ingredients. But there are so many great restaurants, why would you want to cook all the time. We did not really stay in the house much so we did not really watch TV or HBOs but if you do, there are 3 TVs in this place. WIFI worked beautifully without any issues.
I would def plan to come back here if I visit HK again.

  • I recommend this place especially to anyone new to Hong kong. This is a really solid apartment in a very good location. Easy to get taxis, it's very close to the escalators, and Lan Kwai Fong is just a 5 minute walk away.

I'm new to the city and Barron was extremely helpful. He's very good at keeping in touch and communicating. Any questions I could easily go to him. He helped introduce me to the nightlife which made a pretty epic night. I'd gladly stay here again.

  • Barron's place is perfect if you are hanging out in Hong Kong! He is VERY communicative. We ran into a couple of hiccups with the building maintenance, but he always had prompt answers and solutions within minutes. These were things out of his control. Just make sure you have him check for building maintenance schedules before you arrive.

For Hong Kong standards, his place is huge. The location is about 2 blocks from the Escalator to Central Station and about a $25HKD cab ride to Central if you get lazy. Cab access is SUPER easy, so don't worry. Also he has three amazing AC units, so if you like arctic AC Action his place won't disappoint.

Considering you can EASILY accommodate 2 couples (4 people). This place is an amazing value.

I would definitely stay here again.

Originally from Toronto, Canada I have decided to make Hong Kong my permanent residence. The sheer multitude of different people from all over the world all with unique customs and cultures have truly made Hong Kong a unique place. And with such amazing access to all of Asia from this central point, it has really allowed me to say now in Hong Kong I feel the world is at my finger tips. I have a strong belief in renting homes/villas over hotels/resorts for vacation or business, especially for slightly longer term stays. Having the small comforts of home make the overall stay so much more enjoyable and removes the feeling of living out of a suitcase. That being said I've still built my apartment to feel as much like a high end boutique hotel as possible. If you have any suggestions for my to improve my hosting I would love to hear them. I can also speak fairly fluent Cantonese and some basic Mandarin. Unfortunately though I cannot read and write chinese.
