The single story layout features five spacious bedrooms each paired with a private full bathroom to ensure convenience and privacy for every guest. The home includes a total of seventeen beds distributed across the sleeping areas to accommodate your entire party comfortably. A central half bathroom serves the common areas which are perfect for gathering and socializing. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your group meals with all essential cookware and a coffee maker provided. Outside you will find a private swimming pool perfect for cooling off on warm Texas days alongside outdoor seating furniture for relaxing under the sun. The property also features essential amenities including air conditioning heating a washer and dryer and wireless internet to make your stay seamless.

Check in time is 4:00p.m. and check out time is 11:00a.m. Please be advised that this is a non smoking property and pets are not permitted. We do not host events or parties at this location. As this is a family friendly lodge, please be mindful of noise levels. We provide ample private parking including garage access for your vehicles. Your cleaning fee covers a normal vacation-home turnover. We do not expect you to clean the house before leaving. Normal vacation use and normal mess are expected!
Additional charges apply only when housekeeping or maintenance must perform work beyond a normal turnover, or when damage or prohibited items require additional service. Photos will be taken to document unusual cleanup or damage.

Damage: Actual repair or replacement costs may be charged when applicable.
BEFORE CHECKOUT
We simply ask that you:
• Load the dishwasher, add detergent and START it
• Wash and put away used pots and pans
• Remove all bagged trash as instructed
• Return furniture, décor and TV remotes to their proper places
• Leave linens on beds and towels/bath mats in bathrooms
• Set A/C to 78° and leave vents open
• Turn off lights and lock windows and doors
That’s it! You do not need to clean the house before leaving.
