You and your family will love this beautiful 3-bedroom (One Queen and Two King Beds) 2-bath home located just east of the city of Forks. With 1200 sq ft, you’ll have plenty of room to move about without losing that quaint, cozy atmosphere when its time to cuddle up on the large couches.

The space
House is on the backside of a family-friendly loop community. It sits on ½ acre and borders state forest (trees, trees and more trees!) and just a short walk away is an idyllic trail that borders Elk Creek. Speaking of Elk, they have been known to frequent the yard. Waking up to a 500+ pound elk right outside your window is spectacular.

We tried to give each room a slightly different aesthetic while capturing the beauty of the areas we travel to and the photos we take.

Updates: Hallway bathroom (2020), New carpet and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and new king bed in Florida room with $15/per stay option to convert to two Twin XL beds (2019).

Guest access
You will be renting the whole house and yard. The garage will not be available, but there is plenty of parking in the driveway.

Other things to note
Limited cell phone coverage at the house, but wireless Internet (4-6 mb) is provided. This is a pet-free, smoke-free home (small covered area outside for smoking).

*If you have a larger group, ask us about our other two rentals in the neighborhood!

COVID-19 UPDATES:
Recognizing the ongoing and increased uncertainty that COVID-19 is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff. With that in mind we wanted to update you on the actions we are taking in response to the outbreak.

We are continuing with operations and hosting of travelers in alignment with Washington States phased reopening measures. However, if you have reservations to stay with us and are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 (like fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of tastes or smell), please contact us before traveling.

Additionally, many of the area’s services, businesses, and locations/attractions may experience closures and we will do our best to update you on these items prior to your trip. Given the uncertainty we are also temporarily adjusting our policies to allow for flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time. For all arrivals through June 30, 2020 we will allow changes or cancellations (full refund minus service fees that we have no control over) to your booking as long as we are notified at least 48 hours before arrival.

Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting measures are being taken between stays to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. These include but are not limited to:
• Following cleaning/disinfecting guidelines from the CDC including enhanced sanitization procedures at all high touch points throughout the house.
• Minimizing our in person contact with guests through contactless check-in and check-out.
• Removing non-essential items such as magazines, papers, brochures, etc. and having duplicate copies of those that are present so they can be switched each group.
• Increasing the ventilation and the gap between stays to reduce airborne contaminants.
• Providing sanitizing supplies including antibacterial hand soap at all sink locations in the house and antibacterial cleaning/disinfecting products. Frequent hand washing is still preferred when access to soap and water is available, but we do recommend you bring your own hand sanitizer to use while away from the home as this has been a product that is difficult for us to stock.

Aaron and Ravae are lucky to get to enjoy Forks six-months out of the year and are now excited to share there home in the beautiful Olympic Peninsula with you. When they are not in Forks they are traveling for their fishing guide business, Angler’s Obsession, to Klickitat, WA and Key Largo, FL. They wanted to reflect their travels (and Aaron’s photography) a bit in the house, so each bedroom is themed after a location they live. Ravae loves to cook (and play games) so the kitchen is equipped with all the necessities to make home cooked meals. Aaron just loves fishing and he is a pretty darn good photographer.
