Cedar Acres Farm is close to Perry Lake, a great place for boating and fishing! It is close to Lawrence, KS, home of the KU Jayhawks! It is also close to our state capital, Topeka. You will love spending time here if you enjoy getting away from the city. You can watch the sun rise, watch the sun set and enjoy the feel of being in the country.

The space
Gramma's Lodge is the full finished basement of my home. It has it's own entrance through the garage. There is a kitchenette, family room, full bath, 3 private bedrooms, and a shared sleeping area. There is a queen size sofa bed in the family room.
The kitchenette has a counter top fridge, microwave, electric skillet, toaster oven, waffle iron, slow cooker, toaster and a Foreman grill as well as all the basic kitchen needs. It will be stocked with breakfast options.

Cedar Acres Farm is located on a blacktop county road so you have no gravel roads to travel. The driveway is 1/4 mile long. The house can't be seen from the main road. I am surrounded by other farms. Folks in the area are friendly and are good neighbors.
