Sleeping arrangements are spread across six private bedrooms configured with a mix of king, queen, and single beds to suit your group. The property includes six full bathrooms and one half bathroom for convenience. Outside, you will find a private swimming pool, a hot tub, and comfortable outdoor seating furniture, all set within the beautiful Texas Hill Country landscape. Outside, you are free to enjoy your own private swimming pool, the relaxing hot tub, and the comfortable outdoor seating areas perfect for soaking in the Texas Hill Country atmosphere. You will also have access to the laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, and the garage for your convenience. Everything on the property is exclusively for your use during your stay.

To ensure a seamless stay at Bella Vida Lodge, please note that check in time begins at 4:00p.m. and check out time is required by 11:00a.m. We kindly ask that you respect our house rules to maintain the quality of our property for all guests. Please be advised that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises and we cannot accommodate pets. As this is a quiet retreat, the property is not suitable for events or parties. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home in great condition. Parking is available on site including garage access for your vehicles. A QUICK NOTE ABOUT CLEANING
Your cleaning fee covers a normal vacation-home turnover. We do not expect you to clean the house before leaving. Normal vacation use and normal mess are expected!
Additional charges apply only when housekeeping or maintenance must perform work beyond a normal turnover, or when damage or prohibited items require additional service. Photos will be taken to document unusual cleanup or damage.

• Load the dishwasher, add detergent and START it
• Wash and put away used pots and pans
• Remove all bagged trash as instructed
• Return furniture, décor and TV remotes to their proper places
• Leave linens on beds and towels/bath mats in bathrooms
• Set A/C to 78° and leave vents open
• Turn off lights and lock windows and doors
That’s it! You do not need to clean the house before leaving.
