I took a solo trip to Marrakech and stayed in Alex's Riad for two nights. Mohammed, his assistant, could not have been more helpful. They offered a fantastic included breakfast, and authentic lunch and dinner options. The taxi service from the airport also provided a smooth and comfortable way to get to the Riad. It couldn't be more centrally located, right next to the big square. There were also fantastic options for trips they coordinate for traveling outside the city. I would highly recommend staying here!

Alex and Mohammed were very helpful in making my stay in Marrakech enjoyable and comfortable. The riad is beautifully furnished and kept immaculately clean. I especially recommend the optional suppers, cooked by Hafida and served on the rooftop terrace!

Didn't have the chance to meet Alex but he was superb with answering questions and communicating pre and during stay. Then there's Mohamed. What a gift from the Gods. Goes out of his way to help you have the most pleasant stay, whether it's organizing trips, recommending places to visit, both in Marrakesh and Morocco. Nicest, most sincere man on the planet.

Youssef was great in making us feel very welcome and at home at the Riad -- he was always around when we needed him and responded to phone calls and text messages very quickly. He helped us organize several day trips and gave us advice on where to go and what to do in Marrakesh and outside of the city. He was super friendly and overall easy-going. The Riad itself was very close to everything, a very short walk to the main square and not far from all of the main attractions in the medina. Breakfast is mainly juice, jam, and bread, but you can get eggs and Moroccan pancakes if you pay just a little bit. The room was just as pictured and just enough space for the two of us. My boyfriend and I had a great time at the Riad and in Morocco!

the rooms are nice. and its located in a good part of the medina. the terrace is beautiful with a good viewpoint of the surrounding city. at night you can hear many mosques saying their prayers and its really pleasant.

We had such an easy and comfortable stay at Alex's beautiful riad in Marrakesh. The location is perfect, just three minutes walking to all the activity at Jemaa el Fna in the heart of the medina. Ibtisam met us at the square and walked us to the house, so we didn't have any trouble finding it. She also welcomed us with a delicious pot of Moroccan tea! The room was clean, comfy, and the shower had a steady stream of hot water. We opted not to get any meals at the house so that we could explore the nearby street fare, which was cheap and delicious. I will say that if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place--there was a lot of activity outside. Even though the house is on a side street, there were a lot of kids playing and carts rattling in the alley below. I'd also suggest investing in the air conditioning if you're going in the summer and plan to spend time in the room, as it did get pretty warm inside.
