You can visit Rome even by walk from this uniue and splendid location in the real heart of Rome.
Elegant entrance with marble staircase lead to the apartment on the first floor, there is an elevator so no stairs to do and wheelchair needs (email hidden)e apartment was renovated in Dec. of (website hidden) is 60 mq,the heart of the apartment is a big and very nice living room with an amazing marble fire place,a 26' flat screen LCD satellite TV,wooden floor and a brand new sofa bed for 2,a bed room with a brand new bed with a comfortable mattress,a modern kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, microwave and electric oven,an elegant toilette with a big shower. I think it is extremely important to know the bathroom access is possible from the bedroom as well as the living room so if you might need it in the middle of the night you can get in without waking up the people you are travelling with.
An apartment with good design. It is spacious and new. It is in a very convenient location.
We had a terrific stay at Raffaella's place. The neighborhood is superb: lively and close to all main tourist attractions. The apartment itself is roomy, clean and fully functional.
We had a fantastic time in Rome; Raffaella's apartment was definitely a contributor to our wonderful experience!
We just spend, with the 4 of us, three nights in this lovely, excellent located, monumental apartment . We couldn't have wished for more.
All you need for a short stay is there and Rafaella was so nice to buy us a bottle of Prosecco on my special request.
The apartement is in the middle of the Jewish district with great restaurants. Besides this, all the other highlights and shopping streets are within walking distance.
Rafaella, grazie mille once again!

The reservation was canceled 12 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
The location is great. The wi-fi works perfect and that makes a huge difference.
Having a working kitchen made our stay much cheaper and enjoyable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, pots and dish ware. There was even some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. There is a cheap supermarket nearby were we got groceries for 3 for the same price of a dish of pasta for one in a restaurant. Including bottles of 2 euro wine, that were very good.
Don't miss the gelato place in the Jewish getto nearby, it's one of the best we tried, and we tried a lot of gelato.
The bathroom is small, as one would expect, but works great. All it lacks is some sort of holder for soap and toiletries on the shower. There were plenty of clean towels available for use.
There is a washing machine that works perfect and was great for doing the laundry that comes from a longer trip.
The apartment was spotless when we got there.
Now for the weaker points: we were a couple and a friend and its a studio, that is not very clear at the add. There is no door between the kitchen/living room and the bedroom. It made for a lack of privacy I wasn't expecting.
The TV cable is disconnected, but we just hooked one of the cellphones on the HDMI cable and watched Netflix.
Apartment was very well situated, on a back square, peacefully. Every close relation, a bakery, coffees and restaurants, small food shops and the streetcar and the buses. Basic but comfortable arrangement. A single room lounge and bedroom. Sufficient bathroom and spacious kitchen with dining table. Limited but sufficient kitchenware. Raffaella is nice. We had however of to take this apartment because withdrawal a few days before the owner, who juggles between her various rentsAppartement très bien situé, sur une place en retrait, au calme.
The aprtment was decent. The garbage and linens were left from the previous guest for 2 additional days before the host retireved them. The keys for entry were at times challenging and I now recieved email from the host trying to charge me additional 80 euro for using the air conditioning the entire stay. We were never told we could not use the air conditioning or that there would be additional fee's. She claims the use of the Air conditioner caused damage to the store below the apartment. This is not my problem if the air conditioner is disfunctional and I am now in the process of fighting the charges. The a/c was shut off in the night hours as it is cool in October eves. We enjoyed having the terrace to sit at night to play cards, talk and be merry. The location is central to the many sites we visited during the day, There is no Wi-Fi and we had difficulty using our cell phones and I-pad in Rome often. I am very distraught from the host trying to get more money. The price to stay in Rome is high enough, and we followed every rule on the list and were sure to leave NO garbage. There was even produce left in the fridge from the previous guests. Cleaning is not to the standards I clean but was tolerable.
In the fridge there were some aperitif for you..and a olives pâté box closes (not used).
The garbage I asked if you didn't mind to leave in a corner apart and the day after I came to through it away..
I am not charging any extra into you credit card I just have asked to you if you will to pay because I found the condition air ON when I came in the flat to take the garbage out and when you check out (in the night ) the day after They were again On.
My Mother and I stayed at Raffaella's apartment during our recent trip to Rome and would stay there again. The location of the apartment was excellent and the by far it's best benefit .
The Ghetto area is very lively with an active local community and some (bot not too many) tourists. The cafes and restaurants right outside the apartment door are great and serve some amazing food at fair prices. You are within easy walking distance to many of the major sites which is a real bonus.
The apartment itself is fine. Nothing too fancy but certainly provided for our every need although we did have trouble with the air conditioning unit which only worked some of the time. The apartment itself stayed cool enough without it though for this not to be a major issue even though it was quite warm over the 5 days we were in Rome.
We were able to use the washing machine and loved having our own patio to enjoy in the evenings before dinner. The neighborhood can get quite noisy at night but I would not let this keep anyone from staying here. If you are super noise sensitive, bring some earplugs. The location more than makes up for any noise!
There was no wi-fi access in the apartment, but the neighborhood itself is covered by a free wi-fi network and almost all of the cafes have free wi-fi as well so this was not a problem.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Not a 5-star property, but accurately represented in the posting and everything you would need for a nice, comfortable holiday in Rome with great access to sites and amenities. Excellent value!
All the advantages and disadvantages of apartments apparent from the description and reviews: the apartment is on Corso (bedroom windows overlook the street and it's noisy by night, but we liked it).
Want to say that after the reviews, I was expecting the worst.
The apartment is large, three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a lovely terrace - breakfast on it is one of the most of pleasant memories of our visiting Rome. All clean enough.
Excellent location, better than only the Pantheon.
All distances are accessible on foot.
There are a supermarket nearby, a lots of cafes and boutiques.
Rafaella is a great host, she also organised the transfer for us to the airport.
So it's good choise for company of 3 (and more) persons/
Raffaella, grazie tempo molto e (email hidden) fermeremo nel vostro appartamento!
The location was excellent. Convenient to the main sites in Rome. We walked everywhere. The apartment looked like the photographs and is very spacious. Great restaurants near-by. We enjoyed our stay and would definetly recommend it.
