The space
Master bedroom has a new king bed and a spa bathroom, with a meditation loft. Guest room has a new queen bed, separate bathroom, and door onto the deck. Fully appointed kitchen and dining area also has a door onto the deck. Brand new mini split heating and AC units throughout the house. Settle in for a movie on the smart TV with access to Netflix. Separate living area off of the kitchen has french doors that open onto the deck. The house has a fully fenced yard and sits on 2 acres, with hiking trails nearby.
NOTE-- Up to 2 clean and well-mannered dogs are permitted on the property, with preapproval. Pets are not allowed on furniture (inside and outside) or beds. There is a $100 fee per reservation for pets. Once you send reservation request, I will reply with steps for pet fee.

We are located in a small, private community just outside of Marshall, NC. We are adjacent to the Prama Institute and Wellness Center, which hosts frequent yoga and meditation retreats. It is a half mile walk down to the French Broad River and a 5 minute drive into Marshall.
