A cute, charming, open and airy country cottage only 10 minutes from downtown New Bern. Walking distance to Neuse River and 5 minutes from public boat landing. Wooded setting with occasional sightings of deer, wild turkey, owls, and hawks. Quiet and peaceful! Perfect place to relax and unwind. Convenient to Bayboro, Vanceboro, Cherry Point, Havelock, Morehead City and the beach.(No cleaning fee.)

Cottage is twelve years old with open floor plan. Full kitchen with pantry. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Quiet location near river and convenient to downtown New Bern, airport, and hospital. Only 45 minutes from beach. Good WiFi with Netflix and Prime Video TV. Great for temporary military, visiting family in the area or business travelers.

Easy walk to river for quiet, peaceful reflection or fishing, and, if you have a boat, public boat landing nearby. Abundant wildlife in wooded, park-like setting.
