Beautiful & Large 3 bedroom apartment in historic Harlem! I am in a 3 story building with only 3 apartments so each apartment has its own floor, giving great space which one doesn’t normally find in a NY apartment. This private room is furnished with a Crate & Barrel full sized bed (with protected mattress cover), night stand, and dresser. 2 large windows bring in beautiful natural light all day long. The apartment has 1.5 baths that we will share, along with a full sized kitchen and living space that can be used as well. The apartment also comes with its own mascot, Ty, my beautiful & well behaved, loveable lab! I keep the apartment very clean and try to make it seem as if no pets live here at all. The hallway of stairs leading up to the apartment is nothing fancy and it is a 3 FLOOR WALK UP, but once inside you will feel quite at home.
1 block from the famed Apollo Theatre, this area is rich with history & culture! (Not without its loiterers and beggars of course, which you will find in any neighborhood in Manhattan)
I am centrally located and convenient to SO MANY wonderful dining, shopping, and transportation options. I am 1 block from the 2/3 subway line and 2 blocks from the A/B/C/D subway lines, making it a quick and painless commute to anywhere you wish to travel to in the city. There are 2 Starbucks, 1 block away in either direction, an H&M, Gap, American Apparel, Old Navy, Marshalls, GNC, CVS, Mac, etc. Harlem is also booming with a new "foodie" community where famed chefs like Marcus Samuelsson have opened up hot spots like Red Rooster, 2 blocks away. There's also Harlem's famous Sylvia's, Corner Social, Chez Lucienne, Chocolat, Bad Horse Pizza, Maison, Zoma, Harlem Tavern, Cantina, Lido, Dinosaur BBQ, Harlem Shake (Best shakes & Burgers), Tonnie's Minnies (cupcakes), just to name a few, and they are ALL within walking distance from the apartment. Feel free to look them up on (website hidden)!
The 3rd bedroom will also be rented out but is unavailable at the current moment.
A little about myself-
I am an actor and fitness instructor here in NYC and am back and forth between here and LA. I really respect my living space and enjoy keeping it clean, functional, fun, and quiet.
You can expect your stay to be a clean, comfortable, and joyous one, and I will promise to be of as much help as I can be for city suggestions and attractions. I am a native of California but have been in NYC for 13 years now. I have kept my Cali sensibility and smile but am very NYC savvy!
I promise you will NOT regret your stay here, it certainly beats a Harlem hostel or a $260/night hotel.
