The Rosie Knight Ranch is nestled on 17 acres on the southern slope of Grand Mesa with access to fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, ATVs, and horseback riding. We are within a 2-hour drive of Glenwood Springs, Telluride, Ouray, Ridgway, the Black Canyon National Park, and the Utah border.
The residence is an 800 sq. ft., fully furnished apartment separate from the main house and up a flight of stairs. The balcony features a stunning view of the Grand Mesa.
