It's a family building with young children. We have a dog that will not be in the apartment when guests are staying, however if you are allergic to dogs this might not be the place for you.
I am a musician originally from Mexico City but have lived in NY for 13 years. I really like to explore NYC's music scene, and eat good food (there are many specialty food shops and great restaurants in our neighborhood). I feel lucky to live in one of the best place in the world, and I'm happy to make great suggestions of places to see and things to do!
