Light, airy studio with private entrance, kitchenette, full bathroom. 1 mile to downtown Anacortes, 2.5 miles to San Juan Islands ferry terminal in a very quiet neighborhood, easy access. Relaxing guest area in the gardens with outdoor seating, old apple trees, sun-dappled shade, flowers, birds, pick your own apples in season! A quiet retreat that feels like being in the countryside yet right in town. Off-street parking, quiet, safe neighborhood.
The space
Brand-new custom-built space with high ceilings, two big windows that look out on the little orchard of 100-year old apple and pear trees and a big flowerbed, with a green "hedgerow" beyond, giving a peaceful, private view and setting. Electric fireplace, TV with Chromecast that you can stream from your phone or ipad, kitchenette with microwave, coffee and tea provided, coffeemaker, toaster, sink, fridge, dishes etc. table and two chairs. Nice bathroom with generously-sized shower with seat.

Separate and private entrance just off the driveway.

Please park in the driveway on the left hand side nearest the gate. Your door is just inside the gate.
