Highly recommended! We had such a lovely time staying on Lisa's farm. The grounds were very beautiful and the house was spacious and clean. Lisa is also a great host, very friendly and accommodating. She has a good list of restaurants in the nearby towns, and her top recommendation was excellent.
My fiance and I stayed in the larger Pozzo apartment, and it was bigger than our apartment at home! The kitchen and bathroom were both very large, and the bathroom was stocked with nice towels, soap, a full-sized shower/bathtub, and a washing machine. We had a great time walking around the grounds, looking at the various animals that Lisa has, and playing with her awesome dogs. If you are a dog lover, you must stay here, because she has the nicest dogs ever.
The farm is about a 10 minute drive from Siena, and maybe half an hour to some of the other famous towns in the area (Volterra, San Gimignano), so it is very convenient for sightseeing. We had no problem finding the farm from (website hidden) Maps instructions, and there are little signs for Il Poderaccio on the main highway. Make sure you tell Lisa when you will arrive, because someone needs to let you in the gated property when you first come.
