Martin's Nest is a newly refurbished fully equipped apartment. It is a hidden gem offering a contemporary 'home from home' experience and only a 5 min walk to the Victoria Shopping Centre and Old Market Square.
It is a great apartment for single people or a couple wanting to explore and enjoy Nottingham. It is also ideal for the business traveller, especially those visiting or working at Nottingham Trent Uni. Private parking, immediately to the rear of the property is available by request.

The ethos of this space is to provide a well equipped, stylish apartment for short term stays at a competitive and affordable price.
Martin's Nest is a carefully designed pad that has great features to offer a comfortable stay.
The apartment has 'A' rated appliances and energy efficient LED lighting fitted throughout. 50MB WiFi is provided and supported by 5 x live RJ45 outlets for a wired broadband connection in key areas.
49" smart TV in the living room and also a 24" smart TV in the bedroom. Both have Freeview & Freeview Play.
USB sockets are available around the space for mobile and other device charging.
The apartment has a shower room with a Mira electric shower, heated towel rail, mirror with demister and storage cupboard. A separate WC is provided with shaving socket and hand wash basin.

The kitchen has Oven, Hob, Extractor, Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. Adequate crockery, cutlery and utensils etc. are provided.
The living room has a three seater leather sofa, coffee table and media unit. A dining table and two chairs also feature in a cosy corner of this open space.

A desk work surface within the open plan bedroom area is ideal for catch up time on a laptop within the view of the main TV.

Martin's Nest is provided with a free private car park space located immediately to the rear of the apartment. There is an on-street bp pulse Charging Station less than 100m from the private parking space.
