There is a Queen size bed, kitchenette and bathroom on the main floor. The loft contains a double bed and is accessible by stairs. Both very comfortable mattresses are made of organic cotton, soy foam and wool. The second loft, is for storage and not accessible.

The bathroom contains a walk-in shower, small space for hanging clothes, a washer/dryer combo and regular flushing toilet. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. There is a hair dryer and Iron located in the larger draw below the towel bar. Washcloths and toilette paper are located in the small draw over the washer. Laundry detergent sheets are located in the bathroom medicine cabinet.

The television is installed with an Amazon Fire Stick.

The small dining table/desk pulls out from under the window near the front door. 3 folded chairs are located in the small bathroom "closet".

Not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Because of medically diagnosed allergies, Dogs and Cats can not be accommodated. Including emotional support or service animals, in compliance with ADA regulations.

By booking our space, you take full responsibility and liability for your actions and safety especially in regards to the loft.

The Tiny House is located in the backyard of our primary residence, within our private-fenced-in yard and free, on-street parking is available.

Guest access
Guests have access to the Tiny House, via the entrance on the right side of the driveway, through the privacy fence.

There is a second loft above the bed on the main floor that is not set up for guests, nor is included. The shelf is not to climb for access. Your loft is the one with the stairs. As in the photos. Thanks!

Other things to note
There are no labels on any of the appliances or electronics in the house. I want to set an environment that feels like home. I am happy to take any questions during your stay. Manuals for the appliances are kept in the draw below the refrigerator
This is a Tiny House, with a smaller sized hot water heater. It is not necessary to run the hot water for a few minutes before you enter the shower. It will be hot when you turn it on, so once on, please be prepared to enter the shower. Allow a few minutes for the next person's shower.

I am an entrepreneur who loves world travel and meeting new people. I thrive in my world of Family, Friends, Travel, Passion about Nutrition and Education. My favorite destinations so far have been Havana, London, Dakar, Braunschweig, Boulder, Playa del Carmen and Vancouver. I enjoy good conversation and really good food! I love being an AirBnb host because it has given me the opportunity to meet wonderful people from all over this great globe. The most "out of the box" thing I've ever done was to appear on Tiny House, Big Living. Since then I've done 2 documentaries on Tiny Homes. My motto is: "Live is Good"
