Casa Leona is a charming Spanish-colonial home located in the heart of Tamarindo, designed to offer a comfortable, peaceful, and memorable stay for families, groups of friends, wedding parties, birthdays, and other special gatherings.

The house features 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and its own private bathroom.

At the center of the property, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach, relaxing in the afternoon, or simply spending time together.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, along with comfortable dining and living areas where the whole group can gather.

Whether you're making breakfast before heading to the beach, enjoying dinner together, or having a relaxed evening at home, Casa Leona provides plenty of space for everyone.

Guests also have access to a shared BBQ area, making it easy to enjoy casual outdoor meals and evenings with friends or family.

The property is situated in central Tamarindo, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood while still being close to everything.

For beach days, we offer a selection of complimentary beach amenities, including beach chairs, yoga mats, umbrellas, towels, coolers, and snorkeling gear.

These items are available upon request and subject to availability. A refundable cash damage deposit is required.

On-site parking for two cars is available for guests.

Please note that there's one more Villa within the property. This additional Villa has its own private amenities. They are thoughtfully spaced to maintain privacy, but we ask all guests to be respectful of shared entrance, BBQ and parking spaces.
