She was the greatest host in every aspects. My wife and I were totally satisfied with everything Linda severed for us. Especially, we were very happy with breakfast she prepared, besides that, we were more happier for us to talk with her during breakfast. Thanks to her recommendation, we could enjoy the exceptional scenery on the way to Multnomah fall. If you are planning to visit Portland, I strongly recommend Linda's 'The urban sanctuary' without hesitation. She and the great dog 'Stormy' made Portland more impressive.
The location was great. I definitely recommend checking out Mississippi district. Linda was very friendly and welcoming.
Staying at Linda's home was like staying with an old, dear friend. I will treasure her kindness and her beautiful home. Make sure you see her garden in the back also. It's inspiring. Also, for those that don't know Oregon, her place is in a GREAT neighborhood. I really fell in love with it. You don't need to look further… book her place before you lose it to someone else. Thanks Linda. You are amazing!
Linda is a warm host and a beautiful soul. The room is lovely, private and well-appointed. Our bathroom was spotless and sunny. We just loved her companion, Stormy the poodle, who loves lots of petting :) We would highly recommend staying with Linda!

Staying with Linda was a great experience! This was my first time using airbnb, and it couldn't have turned out any better. We enjoyed great breakfasts and conversation with Linda each morning before we went to explore the city. She was also very helpful with recommendations and helping us navigate a new city. Highly recommended!
About the Host, Linda
I live in a lovely area near downtown Portland. I am a watercolor artist and enjoy shape and color and how it lights up my life. I have the world's best dog, Stormy, who is a standard poodle. I've lived in Canada and Germany as well as several places in the United States. I love to travel and look forward to meeting people from around the world. When the wall came down in Germany, I loved to travel into the eastern zone and listen to conversations of people in the cusp of transition. I recently saw the movie, The Butler, and loved it. Foreign movies, reading, especially those set in areas of the world that are unfamiliar to me, are my favorites. I love to cook, so come join me around my table and in my cozy home.
