My friend and I stayed at Linda's place for two nights. The house was clean and cozy. And Linda is a very sweet and kind person to talk with. Her dog Stormy is one of the nicest dog I've ever been with in my life. Would love to visit Linda's place again when I'm in Portland.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Linda. Great accommodations and super location. She served us a great breakfast each morning and was very helpful with getting around Portland.
See my previous review. we had an outstanding experience staying with Linda. Her warm hospitality and peaceful space were a highlight of our Portland visit.
Wonderful stay with Linda at her urban sanctuary. Her breakfasts were delicious, the room was comfortable, cozy and clean, and she was an exceptionally warm and welcoming host. We really appreciated her excellent recommendations and especially enjoyed talking to her. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful and public transportation was a seven to ten minute walk. Lovely stay!
Linda was a wonderful host! Stormy is great as well. The bedroom and bathroom was clean and private. Her backyard space is also great. The location is very convenient, we were within 10 to 15 min driving distance from downtown/ SE Dvision areas. There's public transportation nearby if needed.
She gave us great recommendations and she made healthy and delicious breakfasts. I cannot recommend her place enough.
About the Host, Linda
I live in a lovely area near downtown Portland. I am a watercolor artist and enjoy shape and color and how it lights up my life. I have the world's best dog, Stormy, who is a standard poodle. I've lived in Canada and Germany as well as several places in the United States. I love to travel and look forward to meeting people from around the world. When the wall came down in Germany, I loved to travel into the eastern zone and listen to conversations of people in the cusp of transition. I recently saw the movie, The Butler, and loved it. Foreign movies, reading, especially those set in areas of the world that are unfamiliar to me, are my favorites. I love to cook, so come join me around my table and in my cozy home.
