Charming and cozy open space small apartment in the historic centre of Bologna. The flat is part of an old historical mansion, recently completely renovated just 30 meters from the famous medioeval “2 towers”. The apt is on the first mezzanine floor.
You’ll find yourself in the historical centre of Bologna and easy to reach in a few minutes walking, are museums theatres, the famous medieval Piazza Santo Stefano, Piazza Maggiore, San Petronio Basilica and the historical food market “Pescherie Vecchie”.
You’ll find many helpful free brochures to show you the best way to enjoy Bologna:
whatever type of weather almost 40 kilometers of antique arcades (and Casa Letizia Mansion is a small part of them) will keep you protected. Bologna is one of the most unique cities in the world with events, restaurants, trattorie with typical “cucina bolognese”, osterie and wine bars surrounded by the medieval environment of Bologna.
Our clean and tidy open space “Casa Letizia” , with lift and air conditioning is furnished with washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ironing equipment, hair-drier, bathroom courtesy set, living room/dining area with wireless internet, a bedroom area with king size bed (160X190 cm), wardrobe, tv, fully equipped kitchen, small area before the bath with racks and small cupboard and a bathroom with shower.
At each new guest arrival, all bath towels, bed linen, as well all bath accessories are changed and sterilized.
