I am renting my spare bedroom. My home is located in the most historic area of Louisville. I'm just minutes from convention center, YUM Center, Waterfront and All of Louisville's BEST restaurants and entertainment. Bonus Features: Treadmill, Red Light Therapy bed ((website hidden)), WIFI, Dog and Cat friendly (has backyard with privacy fence), has Washer and Dryer.
Just a side note: If your not used to urban living, my neighborhood might be strange for you. Its very diverse both racially and culturally. I live here by myself with my dog, but have family and friends who I visit frequently. My home is over 100 years old. I show it lots of love, but am only one person, so I have projects going all the time.
My house is around the corner from a bus line which runs down town and all over the city. There is also a downtown trolley which picks up at 15th and Market.
My neighborhood is called Portland. It wasn't always a part of Louisville and because of its separate identity, it has a rich history and A LOT of character.
I absolutely loved my stay at Annie's. She is a sweetheart and you will love it. I would definitely suggest this place to everyone. The surrounding seem a bit sketchy but for the most part everyone is friendly.
Annie's a very sweet lady. Her home was exactly what I wanted. I made a late request and she responded immediately. I slept better than I have actually in a very long time. She even offered me the things in her fridge. Thanks Annie!
Annie is a great host in Louisville. her house is very nice and close to downtown area. She helped me with everything I needed and was very kind and sweet to me.
Annie's place was exactly what we were looking for. Since we spent most of our time out and about in Louisville we just wanted a nice place to come home to. It has all the essentials and the house itself is very charming. It's not a brand new house, but it has a lot of character and so does Annie! She was an excellent host that was always a text away with great recommendations of things to do in the city. We will definitely stay here again if we are coming back to Louisville.
I needed a last minute place to stay in Louisville due to hotels being overbooked and Annie came thru in the clutch.
She has a nice home in an up-and-coming neighborhood. I had no problems at all even though she warned me ahead of time to make sure I leave nothing valuable in my car, which I think applies almost anywhere now.
Annie is very friendly and her dog, Addison, is extremely playful. Annie knows Louisville well and gave me good recommendations in regards to local bars and restaurants. A very hospitable home!
