The Space

This fully contained suite is in the heart of Calgary's Beltline. Just 5 blocks north of 17th Ave and within steps of the 12,11 & 10th ave shopping and restaurants.

The suite has it's own private bathroom and entrance. A kitchen, queen bed and eating nook. You'll love it!

The Beltline hosts some of Calgary's most unique neighbourhoods. From the shops and restraunts on 1st Street SW, to the 17th Avenue Dining and Entertainment District, this unit is in the heart of it all.

The suite has over-height ceilings, good natural light and is set up to work for both a quick visit or a longer stay.

As for public transport, the suite is 6 blocks from the 7th avenue C-Train corridor, where all four lines intersect and take you to all quadrants of the city.

The suite has a very nice personal touch and is decorated tastefully.

  • I had a wonderful stay in Greg's apartment for 2 nights with my girlfriend during the Stampede.
    The apartment is really comfy and cosy, and located in downtown Calgary so really easy to walk to everything.
    Greg (email hidden) and made our holiday as pleasant as possible - he was a big help when our plane was delayed by a day and he made sure we could move in straight away when we did eventually arrive in Calgary.
    I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Calgary

  • Thank you Greg for a very enjoyable stay! The apartment was perfectly located walking distance to anywhere in the downtown core. It was very clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for. The host, Greg, was very accommodating, providing anything we needed, including immediate answers to our many questions, and an extra key so we could come and go as we pleased. We would definitely stay again!!!

  • Stayed with my 2 year old and appreciated how clean and updated the suite was! There was a bit of a booking miscommunication through the Airbnb site, but Greg was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. We had everything we needed to be comfortable, and enjoyed our stay.

    I will mention that the neighbor/guest upstairs played their music loudly over the weekend, and a bit late into the night. This might be an issue for some, thankfully it didn't keep my little one up. :)

  • The room is very neat and confortable. The couch is even big enough for a third person to sleep on. It is also very conveniently located, walking distance from downtown. I highly recommend this place.

  • Greg's place is neat, cosy and very comfortable and it also has the added advantage of being near to... everything! The supermarket is 3 blocks to the east; downtown core about 4 blocks - and less - to the North; and the hub of entertainment - 17th Avenue - is about 4 blocks south. The only thing that would make me knock a few points off the high marks that I gave/give to this place would be that there isn't any cable tv. (To Greg's credit, he has made sure that there is a veritable collection of DVD's for your viewing pleasure lest you get bored.Therefore if you are not a tv-news watching kind of person such as myself, then you won't mind the lack of cable tv.)

  • Greg was very responsive. Although not as large as it appears in the cover photo, it is everything else as seen and described. It is in a great location convenient to almost everything.

I work in finance as a AVP for a regional bank and am currently doing a masters program. I like to stay active and enjoy all the activities Calgary has to offer. I'm not a huge fan of the winter, but make sure I get out to the mountains for some skiing whenever I can. I travelled a lot in my 20s having lived in England and Taiwan. Once school is finished I look forward to getting back on a plane regualrily. This site will come in handy!
