It was so wonderful to stay again at Laura's home. Easy to find, very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed and Ann was there to answer any questions. This was our second time staying at Laura's. We enjoyed the walks on the beach and views of Mt Ranier. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly.
Laura provided a beautiful, well appointed, spacious and well kept space for our family getaway. We had such an amazing time and enjoyed staying so much we'll be back - soon!! Huge thanks to Laura for thinking of everything.
We had a great stay at Laura's home! The home is spacious and wildlife is all around. She was very quick to reply and provided lots of great details - and a bottle of wine! The walk to the nearest beach does include some stairs which is a good thing to know up-front. Everyone we encountered on the island (outside of the gated community) were so friendly and the folks at the nearby Jarrell Cove State Park were unbelievably nice. The Harstine Island State Park is also a great place to visit, lots of hiking and waterfront.
LOVED it! The house was clean, spacious, very comfortable and well-appointed with wonderful windows and views. And the great hiking/walking trails, beach, and clubhouse - made it the perfect place for our family gathering! Everything we had hoped for - and then some! Thank you so much for making it available! Laura (& Anne) were both very helpful and informative and the whole process went very smoothly. We would love to return and would highly recommend it to others!
Laura was a very responsive and informative host. Her house was lovely and had a beautiful view of the water.
We had a great relax weekend. Hastine Island is a pretty sleepy island, so it is perfect if you truly want to escape the city and be surrounded by nature. From the living room you get awesome views of Rainier in a clear day. The house is really nice, clean and has everything you need for cooking. I would recommend you bring your food!

Our family's time is split between the Puget Sound, Alaska, and my original home country of Finland. Ask me about the great outdoors, the Northern Latitudes, or flying, and chances are I won't shut up.
I look forward to hosting you and those loved by you, and will do my best to help you enjoy the life out there (or here) to its fullest!
