THINGS TO KNOW:
1) This is an old building. Sound travels between floors, and from the building corridor, and from the apartment above my unit.
2) This BUILDING IS A PET FRIENDLY BUILDING. The unit is flexible for various types of visitors. If, you are allergic to animals, even though we thoroughly clean the unit after each guest, you may select another housing option.
3) NO MORE THAN 2 GUESTS per reservation. If, there is to be three, there will be an additional fee added.
4) SECURITY DEPOSIT: The deposit for the unit is $500.00.
I'm flexible for individuals who needs only two to three nights.
1) CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00PM! CHECK OUT AT 11:00 AM. There's a 30 minute grace period. Later than this a day rate will be applied. Please do not ask to be admitted earlier. If you arranged to have items dropped off, this can be accommodated.
Two to three days before your arrival you will be sent details on the property. On the morning of your arrival lockbox instructions will be sent.
Interaction with Guests
I'm a work in process, still learning the (website hidden) system. I make mistakes, and enjoy the process of learning. I'm always responsive, professional and open to communication.
This neighborhood is a five in regards to walkable and having access to grocery stores to restaurants. What I love about this neighborhood is the close access to everything! I can walk to Broadway Street to my favorite coffee shops Drip Denver in ten minutes. Or can walk to Santa Fe Artist District in twenty - minutes.
Many options for getting around:

one to four blocks from all major lines.
3. Rent a bike - There's a city bike rental
within the block that only requires a credit
4. Eco car share - Requires a credit card for
hourly or daily rental
The property does not have a parking space. There is ample on the streets parking. If, you want a parking space a space is available for an additional $30.00 to $50.00.
Travel from the airport:
1. My favorite mode of transport, if, I'm not
being picked up by friends is the Blue
Shuttle. The fare runs around $23.00 one-

Madera's apartment was just as described & so nice!
The concierge had to wait like an extra hour & a half for me because the rental car company took forever & I had never driven in Denver traffic before so I misjudged. He was so nice about it & just assured me to drive safely.
Parking was tight there but I did pay for a spot, a friend who came to get me for dinner had nowhere to park.
This was my first time using airbnb & Madera is so very attentive. I walked to two different grocery stores & a coffee shop nearby.
I was a little confused where to put recyclables such as plastic containers, toilet paper rolls. And there was more noise from other apartments than I expected, but easily adjusted. Thank you for the nice experience.
We had a great time and everything was as we expected. The location was easy to get to and had lots of things to see in walking distance. Madera is very professional, helpful, and available. It was my first time using Airbnb but she made it easy for us. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Staying at Madera's apartment was fantastic. Leading up to the trip, Madera stayed in contact proactively and ensured everthing was ready for our arrival. When we reached the apartment, we found it extremely well-maintained and comfortable--it really felt like we had arrived home. The apartment was spacious and beautiful. It is also located in the heart of Denver with easy access to great food and adventures. We will be sure to stay at Madera's again when we come back to town.
